DEACONS
Deacons, partnering with and supporting the Pastor in proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ to believers and unbelievers, care for the Church’s members and other persons in the community and achieving the objectives of the Church. In this capacity, Deacons Ministry serves the Church and community through worship, stewardship, and evangelism.

FINANCE MINISTRY
The Finance Ministry advises the Pastor and members about the financial management of Mt. Olive; requests budget recommendations from all boards and auxiliary ministries in order to prepare the annual budget; and submits the church budget to the Pastor for action and to the membership for approval at the August Annual Meeting. This Ministry is responsible for budget items that are not specifically the responsibility of other ministries. This Committee provides for a triennial audit of the financial accounts of the Church, and additional audits as necessary.

MINISTRY COORDINATING COMMITTEE
The Ministry Coordinating Committee (MCC) has the responsibility of presenting to the church all of the recommendations which are to come from the ministries before the church body. They also has the responsibility of presenting the annual summary for each ministry for the church year.

(NEWSLETTER) THE MESSENGER
The Messenger is the monthly newsletter for Mt. Olive. It contains messages from the Pastor and various ministries of the church, as well as sermon digest and other information interest to the Mt. Olive community.

PASTOR’S AIDE
The Pastor's Aide assists the Pastor with meals for bereaved families, the Pastor's Anniversary and various other events throughout the church year.

PERSONNEL COMMITTEE
The Personnel Committee recommends policy to the Pastor on personnel matters.

TRUSTEES
The Trustee Ministry is responsible for the financial transactions of the church and the care, control, and maintenance of all church property.

WEDDING FACILITATOR
The Wedding Facilitator works on behalf of the church to assist wedding parties who have wedding activities at the Church. Wedding parties are expected to have their own wedding coordinator/director who will work with the church's Wedding Faciitator in providing for a beautiful experience.
